MotherCraft: Personal Trainer for Your Life

Have you ever had a personal trainer at the gym? I have. I hired a trainer when I was trying to lose weight after my wedding. The thing about a personal trainer is that you have someone to hold you accountable for the things that you are doing to lose weight. Everyday he would ask me what I ate and how much had I worked out on my own.

MotherCraft Coaching is like a personal training service but for your LIFE. Founded by Carley Knobloch, one of the coolest moms I have ever come across, who is a life and career coach "obsessed with empowering moms to find careers they love, create systems to simplify their lives, prioritize what's important and get a HEAP more done in a day."

Carley contacted me a few months ago and offered me two complimentary coaching sessions (I swear that she just dropped from the sky, what an angel!). She was extremely pleasant to talk with and we hit it off right away. I was amazed at how much we accomplished and how quickly the time went by while we were on the phone. It was truly helpful to have someone hold me accountable for the actions that I should be taking to get my life organized (I'm a bit of a slacker sometimes...).

I look forward to continuing my coaching with Carley and MotherCraft Coaching. They have helped me create a guideline for the life that I want to be living and how to get there.

So how can you too experience the awesomeness that is MotherCraft Coaching? I'm glad you asked...

  4. Interesting, this is definitely not something I had heard of before. I like your line about them helping you "create a guideline for the life that I want to be living and how to get there." Sounds good to me!

  5. Oh I could use some help too.

My next door neighbor is one eyed physic who has 1,000 cats. She keeps telling me she sees cats in my future.

    I think I'm in trouble.

  6. Great site! Thanks for sharing! I could use some coaching right now too! I am just getting started with me new online business venture and hope to get it up and running by the first of the year. The domain will be www.mommyknowswhy.com, but for now you can check out some of my posts at www.familytvaddicts.com. I am an intern right now for this blog and review primetime TV.
